Incentive Award

The Incentive Award Committee recognizes the State and Local 600 Clubs having the largest increase in membership during one bowling season over the prior season, of 10 or more new members. At the 2009 Annual Dinner and Meeting, the top state and local clubs were honored for the membership gains they accomplished in the 2007-2008 season over the 2006-2007 season.

The top State 600 Club with a 22 member increase is Nebraska. Honors for the top Local 600 Club went to Grand Rapids, MI who had 37 more members join in 07/08 over the prior year. Congratulations to these clubs on a job well done!

Certificates of Recognition were awarded to all local and state clubs that had an increase of 10 or more new members over the 2005-2006 season. Great work by all of these organizations for helping us to continue to grow.

The State Clubs with the highest participation in our 2009 Mail-O-Graphic Tournament were recognized as well. The top states were New York with 62 entries, Florida with 40, North Dakota with 38, California with 14, and Michigan with 12.
Once again we would like to congratulate all of these Clubs for their true dedication on promoting OUR National 600 Club - both for increasing their membership and participating in our Tournaments. Without our entire Local and State 600 Clubs and their direct contact with bowlers, encouraging them to join the National 600 Club and participating in the National 600 Tournaments, our Club would not grow. Thanks to each and every one of you for your dedication and a job well done.
